Mobility and flexibility are key to optimal movement and quality of life! Check out this Hip Mobility Routine! This routine can be done anywhere, at any time as often as you would like. Erin recommends you perform this routine at least once through and at least three times per week! This is a great routine to do right after you get up in the morning for optimal movement as you begin walking about to start your day! Resident Deb Ross demonstrates the exercises.
