Perhaps the Vision

“Perhaps the Vision” was a self-published book by Jack Rice and Charlie Keck. Jack contributed the poems and Charlie the photographs. In this video Jack reads the poems and talks about his friendship with Charlie. Produced by Brian Hovis in 2019, this video is being aired in memory of a beloved former resident of Panorama, Charlie Keck.
