Total Body Strength w/ Erin Dorn, Part 2

This is a Total Body Strength program part 2. There are four exercises that you will do two times through with a water break between the first and last two exercises. The program can be done with or without weights and the moves can be modified from their original versions. Remember to have water close at hand!
