The Arts Guild at Panorama featured a presentation by Josh Trunnell, Bistro and 1751 Executive Chef. Josh talked about how the elements of art and design have influenced his career as a Chef. We will hear about how Josh has used the principles of art to create menus, plate presentations, buffets, etc. He personally filmed and edited the video in his home kitchen. For those of you new to Panorama, Josh has total responsibility for the restaurant operations, menu creation, banquet planning and administrative obligations at Panorama’s 1751 Restaurant and Bistro. He has an extensive background with over 20 years’ experience in the restaurant business. First aired in 2021.
