On this week’s Inside Panorama show, Jim Williams explains a new Health and Welfare Messaging project developed by Panorama’s amateur radio volunteers. This will permit Panorama residents to send brief messages to people outside the affected area if telephone and internet systems cease functioning during a disaster.
