A memorial service was held in the State Capitol Rotunda for former Secretary of State Ralph Munro (1943-2025) on Saturday, June 28. Ralph was Washington's 13th Secretary of State and the longest-serving in state history, holding the office from 1981-2001. Among his many contributions, he was also a Panorama Board member, and towards the end of his life, he lived at Panorama. Thanks to TVW for sharing this video.
