Jane Carlin is a past librarian at the University of Puget Sound and director of the Book Arts Studio. She will give a presentation along with Jane Connelly, Archivist and Special Collections Librarian at Puget Sound. The discussion will start with the ‘bookseller of Florence” in Italy, move on to the introduction of the printing press, advance to the designs of William Morris, and end with contemporary artists’ book design.
