Learning in Retirement Elise Hooper - Uncovering Womens' Stories

Author Elise Hooper writes novels centered on trailblazing women whose accomplishments have been largely overlooked by history. Her books explore the lives of artists, pioneering Olympians, and a group of Army nurses held captive in the South Pacific during World War II. Ms. Hooper discusses these women and their fascinating contributions to history. This presentation was made possible through the Lifestyle Enrichment Department and the generous donations made to the Office of Philanthropy.
